Okta is a two-factor authentication service that allows you to easily sign-in to all the RBC applications your organization uses through a single login.
Once you sign in, your RBC Gateway home page displays all your applications in one location. Simply, click the application's corresponding link and each application opens in a new tab and you are automatically logged-in.
Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
A: If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the Okta Need Help Signing In to update your RBC password. enter your user id and captcha. A pin code will be sent to your email address on file. Look in your inbox for the system generated email and enter the pin provided to reset your password. If you forget your user id, contact your firm’s technical support for assistance.
Q: Why cannot I access any of the applications in RBC?
A: Please check that your pop-up and redirect blocker in your browser settings is not preventing the application to open. Consider adding the application url as an Allowed site for pop-up and redirects.
