Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
A: If you forgot your user id, contact your firm's system contact for assistance.
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password to update your RBC password. You will be prompted to authenticate using you enrolled MFA option and reset your password. Once reset, you will be logged into RBC Nexus.
Q: What should I do if I got a new cell phone or phone number and cannot authenticate?
A: If you do not have any alternative security authentication methods established, contact your firm's technical support contact to submit a RBC Nexus case to 'Request MFA Reset' . The case can be found in the Get Help button drop down in the main menu bar on RBC Nexus.
You will be emailed or receive a phone call once your factors are reset.
